2. Return Policy
Good Shortage

In case of shortage detection upon acceptance of goods, claims regarding quantity are accepted within 7 working days after receipt of goods. After that, the sales manager draws up a shortage report, on the basis of which we consider this claim within 3 days. If the fact of shortage/missortment is confirmed, then the client is issued a return invoice.

3. Defective Products
Mechanical Defect

In case of detection of mechanical damage upon acceptance of the goods, the Buyer, within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the goods, must inform the manager of a detailed description of the defect. Based on the act, the return of goods with mechanical damage is made within a month from the date of preparation of the document.

4. Terms of Defective Product Return
  • Return of defective goods is carried out only with a defect report. In the absence of a report, claims will not be accepted
  • The goods must have original packaging and be complete.
  • The goods must not have: traces of dirt, marks (stickers, price tags, pen marks, etc.).
Improper use, traces of disassembly of the product, as well as non-compliance with the conditions listed above are reasons for refusal to accept.
